Eimantas joined North’s Property in March 2024 and is currently part of the Commercial Division. His core responsibilities include commercial sales and lettings, acquisitions, valuations, and rent reviews.

Eimantas graduated from Technological University Dublin in 2022 with a BSc in Auctioneering, Valuations and Estate Agency, and in 2024 completed an additional part-time honorary degree in Property Economics.

He is currently progressing through the APC process as he works towards becoming a RICS Chartered Surveyor, further developing his skills and professional expertise.
