Keiron Diamond has joined the Board of North’s Property as Commercial Director. Keiron is one of the most experienced agents in Dublin and he will bring his expertise to complement the already amassed wealth of knowledge provided by his new colleagues in North’s Property, who are celebrating their 190th birthday next year.
Keiron is perhaps best known for his work in the retail sector where he has been involved in every large Retail scheme throughout Ireland since the early 1980s. He has also been involved in deals on most high streets in the State, Keiron has been involved in the Office, Land and Investment markets and he is looking forward to advising his extensive range of clients and others as they seek to expand or refresh their property holdings.
Keiron is a former Director of Ganly Walters and was most recently head of retail with GVA Donal O’Buachalla.
Originally founded by James H. North, then based in Middle Abbey Street, later Grafton Street, Dame Street and now currently 7a Fitzwilliam Place. North’s Property is most recently a 3rd generation family business, with Pat Stephenson currently at the helm. In 2013 James Stephenson, grandson of Dan, has joined the firm.
Norths boasts historic sales such as sale of the Lakes of Killarney in 1899 and The Sale of Croke Park to the GAA in 1907.
Today North’s provides advice and consultancy services to many multinationals, private investor’s, The High Court and landlords in areas which include Rating, Ground Rents, Audits, Property Management, Valuations, Acquisitions, Sales and Lettings.
