Ref: 2460167 and on 3rd Party Appeal from An Coimisiún Pleanála – Case reference: PL11.322331.  Planning permission was granted on 19/08/2025 for a revised scheme to comprise 47 no. units, providing 43 no. two-storey terraced,  semi-detached, and detached dwellings and 4 no. maisonettes.
